Users working on behalf of the same Elder need to share data.  To do this, when creating an additional new user (after the first user) an "Authorization Code" needs to be entered which links the additional new user to previous users.

Champions can see all data associated with an Elder.  However, the amount of data Caregivers Managers or Caregivers can see is limited and different.  Therefore, there are three different "Authorization Codes"; the one to use depends on if the additional new user is a Champion, Caregiver Manager, or a Caregiver.
